    1. Integrated Huntington’s clinic, with experienced HD neurologists, genetic counselors, clinical staff, social workers.
    2. Consultation & Accurate diagnosis
    3. Best practice medical management
    4. Close working relationship with Psychiatry and Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic (WPIC)
    5. Clinical trials of pharmaceuticals
    6. “Observational” studies of the natural history of HD
    7. World-class laboratory research on the causes of and novel treatments for HD, coordinated through the PIND
  3. Dystonia & Botulinum Toxin Clinic
    1. Consultation & Accurate diagnosis of dystonic syndromes
    2. Best practice medical management
    3. Botulinum toxin injections for cervical dystonia, blepharospasm, hemifacial spasm and related disorders
    4. Deep brain stimulation evaluations, post surgical stimulator adjustment and post surgical continuing care for severe dystonia
    5. Outreach and CME events for lay and professional audiences
  4. Tourette’s Syndrome (TS)
    1. Consultation & Accurate diagnosis of TS
    2. Best practice medical management
    3. Close working relationship with Pediatrics & Neurosurgery

  5. Tremor
