Biography

David L. Kaufmann, MD, specializes in spinal neurosurgery, vascular neurosurgery, and stereotactic neurosurgery. His clinical interests include traumatic and degenerative spinal disorders, the cerebral aneurysms, and brain tumors.

Dr. Kaufmann received his medical degree at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City and completed a surgical internship at John Hopkins Hospital. He performed his neurosurgical residency at Montefiore Medical Center and the Hyman-Newman Institute for Neurology and Neurosurgery
at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons.
