Biography

Dr. Spiro attended the United States Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT and later completed his undergraduate education at the Johns Hopkins University graduating with honors with a double major in biomedical engineering as well as materials science and engineering.

He attended medical school at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine graduating first in his medical school class. Dr. Spiro completed his internship and neurological surgery training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 2004.
