Pittsburgh, October 4, 2007 -- Amin Kassam, MD, chairman of the Department of Neurological Surgery and director of the Minimally Invasive endoNeurosurgery Center (MINC), was featured in an October 4 segment of NBC-TV's Today Show, along with colleague Carl Snyderman, MD.
The segment profiles two boys whose brain tumors were successfully removed using Dr. Kassam and Snyderman's pioneering expanded endonasal brain surgery technique.
