Pittsburgh, January 13, 2012 -- E. Antonio Chiocca, MD, PhD, the Dardinger Family Endowed Chair in Oncologic Neurosurgery and Professor and Chair of the Department of Neurosurgery at Ohio State University, will present a lecture entitled "Discovering Anti-Invasive Treatments for Glioma," Wednesday, February 22, at 4:00 p.m. in the department's main conference room on the fourth floor of UPMC Presbyterian. The lecture is part of the department's on-going visiting professor lecture series.
In addition to his lecture, Dr. Chiocca will participate in the department's conferences throughout the day and will be the featured guest at a dinner and reception later in the evening at the Duquesne Club where he will also present a second lecture “Surgical Adjuvants in Glioma Resection."
