Benjamin Zussman




The son of a pediatrician, Benjamin Zussman, MD, was introduced to the field of medicine from an early age and scrubbed in for his first neurosurgical operation at age 15.

He studied public health, epidemiology, and social policy at Haverford College, biostatistics at the University of Pennsylvania, and medicine at Thomas Jefferson University.

Dr. Zussman is an enfolded neuroendovascular surgery fellow, he served as a socioeconomic fellow of the Council of State Neurosurgical Societies, and he is a participant in the UPMC Marshall Webster Physician Leadership/Katz Executive mini-MBA program. Dr. Zussman’s clinical interests include open and endovascular vascular neurosurgery and spine surgery.
