Biography

Kristen E. Jones, MD, received her undergraduate degrees in biological sciences and anthropology from the University of Notre Dame, where she was captain of the women’s equestrian team. She graduated from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA, after attending Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, for the interim closure of Tulane following Hurricane Katrina.

Dr. Jones is a native of Bryn Mawr, PA. Her hobbies are horsebackriding, triathlons, rowing, tennis, and ice hockey. She is a board member of several local charities in the Pittsburgh Cares network and volunteers with Community Human Services and Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
