Congratulations to Dr. Rutigliano on His Retirement; UPMC Expands Spine Care in Greensburg

The Department of Neurological Surgery congratulates Michael J. Rutigliano, MD, on his retirement after more than 30 years of dedicated service to the Greensburg community. Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Rutigliano established himself as a trusted neurosurgeon and a cornerstone of neurosurgical care in Westmoreland County, earning the respect of patients and colleagues alike.

As Dr. Rutigliano enters this well-deserved next chapter, UPMC is committed to ensuring that the community he served so faithfully continues to have access to exceptional neurosurgical care. A new multi-disciplinary spine clinic has opened at the UPMC GoHealth Urgent Care location at 5126 Route 30, Suite 300 in Greensburg.

Kathryn Hoes, MD, and Pamela Rosato-Lange, CRNP, of the Department of Neurological Surgery, are now seeing patients at the Greensburg location alongside a multidisciplinary team of orthopedic spine surgeons, a pain medicine specialist, and additional advanced practice providers. Patients with neck and back pain, spinal stenosis, herniated discs, and other spine conditions can receive coordinated specialty care close to home.
