Brain Aneurysm Run/Walk Set for Aug 24



Pittsburgh, June 4, 2019 -- The 6th Annual Pittsburgh Brain Aneurysm Run/Walk will be held Saturday, August 24, at Northshore Riverfront Park near Heinz Field beginning at 9:45 a.m. The event is held to help provide education and support for brain aneurysm awareness in Pittsburgh and to remember and honor family, friends and survivors who have suffered brain aneurysms. 

The event consists of a 5K run or a three-mile walk. Registration is available at bafound.org for $25, if completed by August 9, and includes a free t-shirt. Registration after August 9 is $30. Same-day, onsite registration begins at 8:00 a.m. for $30 with limited t-shirt availability. A youth run/walk is available for $10 and includes a t-shirt.

If you can't make it to the event, but would like to support the cause, you can register as a 'virtual' participant for $50 by August 9 and receive a free t-shirt. You can also join or form a team, or donate to support a team.
