Taylor Geier, MPAS, PA-C

Taylor Geier, MPAS, PA-C, joined the University of Pittsburgh Department of Neurological Surgery at UPMC Presbyterian in October 2026. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a minor in Public Health from Duquesne University in 2023, followed by a Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies from Duquesne University in 2024.

With experience in both inpatient and outpatient spinal neurosurgery, Taylor is excited to expand her practice as a part of the UPMC cranial neurosurgery team. She will provide comprehensive care to patients with a broad range of cranial and skull-based neurosurgical conditions.

Taylor is committed to delivering outstanding patient-centered care through the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of emergent, acute, and chronic neurosurgical conditions. She values collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to promote optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
