Training Verification Requests

Verification of neurological surgery residency or subspecialty fellowship training is handled by the UPMC Office of Graduate Medical Education. To submit a request, complete the online Training Verification Request Form, providing all required information, including the trainee's name, program name, and training dates.

Once the request is submitted, an invoice with payment instructions will be sent to the email address provided on the form. Questions may be directed to the Office of GME at gme_verifications@upmc.edu.
