Ellen Rogers, PA-C, joined the University of Pittsburgh Department of Neurological Surgery in August 2026. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Penn State University in 2013 and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Interservice Physician Assistant Program (IPAP), a military-based program accredited through the University of Nebraska that prepares physician assistants to practice across diverse and high-acuity clinical environments, in 2018.
Ellen is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and emphasizes clear communication to ensure patients understand their condition and treatment plan. She brings a strong background in Emergency Medicine and trauma care, with extensive experience managing high-acuity patients in a Level 2 Trauma Center and in austere military environments.
Her clinical interests include the care of complex neurosurgical patients and supporting safe, evidence-based treatment across the continuum of care.
